How do I import Anki decks?expand_more

Open DeckLens, tap the "+" button, and select "Import .apkg file". Choose your Anki deck file from your device and it will be imported automatically with all cards and media.

Is my data stored in the cloud?expand_more

No. All your flashcard data, decks, and study progress are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

How does spaced repetition work?expand_more

DeckLens uses the SM-2 algorithm. After reviewing a card, you rate how well you remembered it. The app then schedules the next review at the optimal time — cards you know well appear less often, while difficult cards appear more frequently.

Can I use DeckLens offline?expand_more

Yes! DeckLens works 100% offline. You don't need an internet connection to study your cards.

What happens if I delete the app?expand_more

All your data will be permanently deleted since it's stored locally on your device. We recommend exporting your decks as a backup before uninstalling.

How do I create my own flashcards?expand_more

Tap the "+" button on the main screen, select "Create New Deck", give it a name, and start adding cards with front and back content.
