By downloading or using DeckLens ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeckLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
DeckLens is a flashcard and spaced repetition learning app. It allows you to create, import, and study flashcard decks using the SM-2 algorithm. The App stores all data locally on your device.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or import into the App, including flashcard decks, card content, and media files. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kadir Caner Ergun. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Advertisements
DeckLens displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements shown.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadir Caner Ergun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.
Data and Backups
All data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause. We recommend regularly exporting your decks as backups.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
